Description:
The power plant is located at Eastern Industrial Zone of Port Qasim, Karachi in the province of Sindh, on approximately 100 acres of land adjacent to Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim (FFBL) Fertilizer Complex. The installed capacity of the Power plant is 118 MW, out of which up to 60 MW of power is exported to K‐Electric and remaining is supplied to FFBL Fertilizer complex.Services provided:
- Complete Detail Design (mechanical, electro, I&C, piping, construction)
- Author's supervision
- Elaboration of complete specifications and data sheets for all equipment including Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
- Finalization of the line list, list of equipment and valves for the CPP plant
- Quality assurance and control
- Revision and completion of the 3D layout
- Preparation of relevant studies (HAZOP, Short circuit study, Electrical system stability)

- 2 x 250 t/h steam generators CFB type using bituminous coal
- 1 x 60 MW Condensing STG
- 2 x 24 MW Condensing and extraction STG
- 1 x 10 MW back pressure STG
